Recommend it for couple travelers
The room was super comfy with the best sleep I got in weeks,,, and the views from the balcony were just great. Plus, I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet,, fresh fruits and made-to-order eggs made it feel special.
Yeah it was pricey, but still acceptable for what you get.

I loved how close the hotel was to Paseo Cayala, a vibrant area filled with incredible dining options and a lovely atmosphere, making my city strolls so enjoyable, and the Parque Ecologico Jacarandas de Cayala was just a short walk away, perfect for some fresh air and relaxation after exploring the city.

The staff at Ac Hotels By Marriott Guatemala City were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to assist with our needs. Our King Guest Room was spacious and modern, equipped with a mini-refrigerator and complimentary bottled water, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The layout of the restroom took some getting used to.

Wow, the grilled fish was a showstopper, paired perfectly with local spices! Plus, the top-floor dining area was a vibe, offering stunning city views. The staff was super welcoming—made me feel right at home!
Now for a cheeky critique, the restroom set-up is quirky, with glass doors giving all the feels of a reality TV show. And parking was a maze, making the hunt for my car a little too adventurous!

Additionally, the dining area provided stunning city views and exceptional grilled fish, greatly enhancing the dining experience.
The check-in process was slightly confusing due to the reception being on the 6th floor, and there was minimal information provided about hotel amenities.
